When ADA Barba’s (Raúl Esparza) childhood friend, Eddie Garcia (guest star Kirk Acevedo), is arrested for attempted rape, his connection to mayoral frontrunner Alex Muñoz (guest star Vincent Laresca) puts the campaign in jeopardy. But when an undercover investigation uncovers further misconduct by Muñoz himself, Detective Amaro (Danny Pino) and the SVU team wonder if Barba can put aside personal feelings to prosecute the men he used to idolize. Also starring Mariska Hargitay (Detective Olivia Benson), Ice-T (Detective Odafin Tutuola) and Kelli Giddish (Detective Amanda Rollins). Guest starring Annaleigh Ashford (Lindsay Anderson), Karen Olivo (Yelina Muñoz), Josh Pais (Hank Abraham), Leslie Odom Jr. (Reverend Curtis Scott) and Lester Holt (as himself).
