  1. Still no Brody? At this point he has to be dead or I don't get it...

  2. They really don't have a story for him.
I think he'll die this season though.

  3. Adding the lack of info or promo pic of thim to the blind item from Ausiello, I think he'll die pretty soon too..

  4. I concur. Unfortunately we'd consider that Damian Lewis had spent all summer filming "The silent storm" and "Romeo&Juliet" plus he had a vacation time in Spain with his family. No one never met him in Charlotte, shooting location. I'm actually disappointed and sad at the meanwhile. I think that the show won't survive without Brody and I really could not figure out what they have in their mind about season 4. Maybe there'll be some ambiguity about the Brody death and he will rise from his ash?

  5. Having to feature Brody for at least 1/3 of the show for the next several years will severely restrict what stories the writers can tell on Homeland. If the writers decide to build season 4 around Somalian immigrants in Minneapolis being recruited by Al Shabaab, how does Brody connect to that storyline.

  6. Yes, Ausiello's blind item makes me think that Brody's not long for this world....It will be a shame if they do that. He and Carrie have a real electricity between them. I hope we're wrong....

  7. As much as I like Damian Lewis (he's great actor really) I have to say that I think it's for the best if indeed he dies...I think his storyline has ran its course. Damian Lewis himself said that the writers didn't know what to do with his character anymore, that he was tricky to write and that he was afraid to be killed off...I believe Homeland would do just fine without Brody. As a matter of a fact many viewers complained that season 2 was too Brody centric and so far it seems that season 3 has been doing great ...So I liked the character and the actor but I won't miss him if he leaves the show :/
