    No, that was season 5. This episode had Meredith carrying around her dead mom in a plastic bag and she got a kid to 'trick or treat' for some ears, and a guy from the clinic tries to cut off his own leg with a chainsaw.

    Okay, I somewhat remember dead mom in a plastic bag, but that's about it. Doesn't sound like that great of a Halloween episode. LOL.

    I agree. S4 was probably the worst season in my opinion. There are probably only 3 episodes worth rewatching in that season. Then it got cut short by the strike.

    My problem with Season 4 is that everytime I think about it I think about the awfulness that was George and Izzie together. Apart from the finale with Derek and Meredith which was great, that is practically the only thing that comes to my mind when I think about that season. Seriously, that was the worst couple ever created in Shondaland.
