I've no idea who "Amanda" is and why ABC would collate the info.
You can see the raw Nielsen Data here http://www.tvmediainsights.com/forum/?mingleforumaction=viewtopic&t=4422.4#postid-57266 We always go with the official Nielsen data :)
Other websites such as Futon Critic and TVLine say 1.1. The final was a 1.06 18-49 which is rounded up to 1.1. I think the person who posted it on Berman's site missed that.
It's weird how that works, demo dropping yet viewers increasing. More older/younger people apparently watched this week while some of the people in the age range didn't watch.

TVBTN has Supernatural adjusted up to a 1.1. Is this right?
ReplyDeleteNo, it's 1.0.
ReplyDeleteTVBTN often makes mistakes when copying the Nielsen numbers.
here are the Numbers from Nielsen.

Thanks! I thought I'd check with you. I may occasionally cheat on SpoilerTV with TVBTN, but I only ever comment here ;)
ReplyDeleteHa lol, that's fine ;) I know a lot of people still use TVBTN ;)
ReplyDeleteNice to see POI getting 13 million plus viewers now :)
ReplyDeleteK fine I admit it, I made my first comment there just to let people know that they have it wrong. I swear I'll never comment them again!
ReplyDeletethat is a series high in total viewers for Originals, even if it dropped in demo...new records weekly
ReplyDeleteHa that's fine ;) But you'll need to take a shower ;)
ReplyDeleteOne of the staff at TVBTN have stated that their source the spreadsheet from ABC have it listed as a 1.1
ReplyDeleteAccording to one of the admins over on TVBTN there source the ABC spreadsheets have it definitely listed as a 1.1.
ReplyDeleteTheir source could've been wrong too. They don't get all 18-34 data other sources post, so I believe the other sources more.
ReplyDeleteWhy would an ABC spreadsheet report on CW shows?
ReplyDeleteI'm only reporting what their response was... Here is the exact comment posted by Bill Gorman
ReplyDeleteTVBTN User“According to the finales posted in Marc Berman’s forum, Supernatural finished with 1.0 and did not get adjusted up. Who is right?”
Bill: People make mistakes. But Amanda did not.
The spreadsheet from ABC, which is our regular source, had Supernatural at a 1.1 18-49 rating.
Ah ok, that's cool.

Good for AoS adjusting up.
ReplyDeleteI just wished it went up a bit for a change.
ReplyDeleteThat is likely due to the pretty little liars crossover audience effect that should attract more young people.
ReplyDeleteI'm not too sure but Ravenswood did better than two other recent ABC family shows.
ReplyDeleteTwisted pilot got a 0.5 demo and 1.61m viewers.
The Fosters pilot got a 0.6 and 1.42m viewers
Both shows have been picked up for further episodes and the Fosters for a second season.
Thanks, yep it was a 1.06.
ReplyDeleteI've updated the table and our ratings database
Well done pretty little liars and ravenswood.
ReplyDeleteI think that ravenswood should get a full season
