Awesome! I am really enjoying it so far. Episode 3 was definitely the best one so far IMO.
ReplyDeleteWell Agent M over at Twitter did say there would be exciting SHIELD news today! I am delighted, figured it would happen but official confirmation is always great. Now they can plan the rest of the season out. Woo!
ReplyDeleteYay!
ReplyDeleteYes! It's not perfect, but I really think it has a lot of potential.
ReplyDeleteNot surprised.
ReplyDeleteNot surprising considering the ratings but deserved ? Since the pilot the show constantly degraded in its storytelling value and the team had yet to start getting likable in my eye.
ReplyDeleteMy dvr's set for Shield but I was expecting so much more from this show than it delivered.
But congrats, maybe they'll improve now
Awesome News :)
ReplyDeletewasnt this announced since they order the pilot¿?
ReplyDeleteLike most new shows it just got a 13 episode order back in May but now a full season of fun awaits.
ReplyDeletenah only the usual 13 episode order with the possibility of a back nine order following.
ReplyDeleteReally? I thought just the opposite. I felt like it's been getting better with each new episode and the two is becoming more likeable the more we know about them.
ReplyDeletethere was a false rumor it was originally picked up for 22
ReplyDeleteThis is on my watchlist.
ReplyDeleteI'm finishing up Homeland & Scandal, then this is next.
Glad to see it got picked up. :)
LOL. Right after I left class and two minutes before I got on the computer, I was wondering when we'd hear news of this. And then lo and behold, it was the first headline I saw....
ReplyDeleteYay!
YES!!!!!!!!!Great news!!!
ReplyDeleteYay, I'm really happy for them! And us. Really enjoying the show! :)
ReplyDeleteNot surprising but awesome news! Just get those writers on keeping things tight and interesting
ReplyDeletejust interested in knowing if Drop Dead Diva was picked up for a 6th season. lifetime isn't promoting anything on it. this show is FANTASTIC. please let us know. fan pages are upset b/c of their lack of promotion
ReplyDeleteWoohoo!
ReplyDeleteThats great. :O)
ReplyDeleteAs expected.
ReplyDeleteOh YESSS. Finally a Whedon show that might actually LAST.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping I would find your comment here. Apparently that website you linked to was either incorrect at the time, or predicted a full season order. Either way, when a show usually has a full-season order, all TV websites tend to get updated with the news. That's why I was so surprised when you linked me to the article, as I had heard no news of it getting a full season order before today.
ReplyDeleteYep, IGN was wrong.
ReplyDeleteDid some quick google searches and there's no one reporting that it got picked up for season 6. But there is still 4 episodes left of this season and no word on cancellation so don't lose hope :)
ReplyDeleteBuffy and Angel lastet
ReplyDeleteThis is amazing news! Agents of SHIELD is pretty awesome, very much Whedon-y in its delivery! Love pretty much all the cast members except Ward! lol And even him, I'm warming up a little from his story about him standing up against his bully of a brother. That was a great opening up moment, for a character who don't open up!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, loving the show, a nice mix of humor, drama and action and it delivers all three of them wonderfully! Can't wait to see the remaining 19 episodes, and hoping for a season 2 (and even season 3) renewal ASAP! :D
Oh, btw: Melinda May FTW! Please have an episode focus on her soon! I want more Ming-Na! :D
Great news as I really like the show but this was always a sure thing and anyone who thought was even before the premiere was fooling themselves. The trick will be to figure out how low it drops to know if it scores a second season or not. I hope it's done dropping to be honest because I want the show to have a long life and for ABC's sake, but in reality it has a lot more room to fall still before being cancelled.
ReplyDeleteI love Melinda as well, can't wait for the show to get into her story
ReplyDeleteat least it'll get a full season before getting canned
ReplyDeleteCongrats to the Whedon's family, Jeffrey Bell and the cast. The show is good.
ReplyDeleteAMEN!!!!
ReplyDeleteFor me? not long enough :3
ReplyDeleteHip Hip Hurray for my favourite new Train Wreck!!!
ReplyDeleteSo will there be 22 or 24 episodes? Does anyone know? And I LOVE this show! :)
