  8. Some of these haven't really been promoted as dramedies.

  9. I'm not sure is dramedy a right category for Doctor Who, but it's one of my all-time favorites so I'm definitely voting for this show.
Also Psych, Monk and my favorite comedy Friends.
If I could I'd also vote for Castle, Bones, Community, Pushing Daisies and White Collar from the ones above.

  10. I voted for Friends, Community, Gilmore Girls, Greek. Eli Stone dropped against Greek, cause Greek is slightly funnier.

Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy, HIMYM, Las Vegas, Sex and the City.

  18. Can someone help me here? I thought Friends was a comedy, sure, it had some "dramatic" moments, but did that make it a dramedy?
    I voted for it anyway.
Others: Wilfred, I don't know if that's dramedy or dark comedy or....

  19. I am very confused with the choices. Anyway, I have voted for the 4 shows I like the most out of this bunch and those are Community, Greek, Bones and Castle. White Collar would be the 5th.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Well, Friends was a comedy, not a dramedy (voted for it anyway)
    I'd vote for Chuck.
Besides those, I voted for Castle and Pushing Daisies (still not over the fact that it got cancelled).

  21. From the list; gavin and Stacey and friends, both stayed consistently funny, Though if friends can be considered a dramedy is another issue. I also agree w/ the poster who said suits. Good show which infuses comedic elements well.

  22. Castle, Bones, and Gilmore Girls. I would've chosen Parenthood or Friends (since I would've only had one more selection available) but to me, neither is really a dramedy: they're a drama and comedy, respectively. And I'm starting to lose interest in Glee. I'm mainly watching season 5 for how they're going to handle Cory's death and both season 5 and 6 for the musical performances (they're starting off right with the first two episodes of season 5 being Beatles themed).

  23. Castle is winning, what a shitty show...

    ReplyDelete
  24. Most of these are comedies with some dramatic moments or dramas with some comedic moments to them.
That being said I voted for MASH, Community, Friends and Pushing Daisies.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Lol what? Friends is dramedy now? Where is best dramedy of all time Scrubs?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Bones and Psych for me

    ReplyDelete
  27. And Castle is clearly police procedural comedy, not dramedy

    ReplyDelete
  28. Yeah, i did that :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Castle, friends, Psych, Gilmore girls. But If you add Cheers, frasier should be on the list as well. Which I would've voted for if it was.

  30. I'm not exactly sure where the lines between dramedies, dramas with some comedy and comedies with some drama go, but I'll do my best! So, let's see. I really loved Desperate Housewives, one of the first series I actually got into and watched regularly. An incredibly brilliant television show in my opinion.

I also like Scrubs, Castle and Ugly Betty, but I've always watched those kinda on-and-off. Oh, and one less-known series that is airing in Australia, Offspring! I love that show. I feel like it's very...*cough* dramedic.

  34. Pushing Daisies and Wonderfalls are my favorite dramedies. But if we're also counting comedies with dramatic moments (like Community and Friends), I'd also throw in Scrubs, Futurama, and HIMYM.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I have a lot of sci-fi/fantasy/supernatural themed shows I watch. Not many dramas and comedies compared, let alone dramedys that combine both.

If The Mentalist counts as both, then that one.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Still around: Suits, Castle, Psych and Community (even through I consider it a sitcom ), cancelled: Chuck (which would probably be my favourite one over all.)

    ReplyDelete
  37. So I see the comedy in friends, but the drama ? Ok, there are some where it's a bit less funny, but drama, come on guys ...

    ReplyDelete
  38. i wish the defective detective was still on tv.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Castle, Gilmore Girls and White Collar.

There are shows in there that I adore but don't consider dramedies... not in the list (Friends, Community and Monk for example....)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Chuck definitely qualifies!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Castle, MASH, Cheers and Ally McBeal

    ReplyDelete
  42. Bones of course, but I think Dexter and Fringe could be considered "dramedies" too.

    ReplyDelete
  43. PSYCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, I love and can't choose between Castle, Monk (still love it even after it ended years ago) and Friends.
If I could I'd also vote for Glee, The Mentalist and Bones
