It's the "summer season finale", so that means this will be the last episode in the time slot for a while, and then they will air the remaining 6 episodes at some point (possibly at different time or night) later this season. It's kind of like the new ABC/cable model of split seasons, so CBS might air the back 6 to fill in a hole or against the Olympics or something. I'm just glad it isn't being burned off on Saturdays in September, that gives me some hope.
Well yeah, but it would still do better against the Olympics than being burned off on a Saturday. It sounds like ABC is also planning on airing original programming like Killer Women and Mind Games while the rest of the shows are on hiatus, so I don't think airing in January/February is as much of a burn off as if they shifted it to Saturdays.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Season finale after 7 episodes,

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! Thank you,
ReplyDeleteI have liked this show from the beginning, it's good to know that it's coming back :)
If they air it against Olympics it will dramatically decrease the ratings bc there are those who will watch the Olympics lol

ReplyDeleteIf CBS sees great ratings in Unforgettable it may resume airing next summer instead of during the fall/spring line up.
ReplyDeleteAll tho i could see it running in a cancelled show time slot instead if CBS would go in that direction
