Oh, so that's what "curtains" means. It's the black cloud enveloping the dome, probably generated by the Dome itself as a method of helping Barbie escape. Curtains could also mean "the end," which is what Julia thinks is happening. Julia, by the way, looks good for someone recovering from a gunshot wound. Junior has become a true believer in the Dome, asking it why it's doing this? Big Jim is saying "it's our destiny," very Lostian. Norris, by the way, is nailing this role. They're revisiting the monarch butterflies. I wonder why? Monday will come soon enough, but how long do we have to wait for season 2?
Funny thing, these last couple of episodes have finally made me really interested in the show. So of course, it's season finale. Is it just me, or is the dome getting really mad when sth happens to Barbie and/or Julia? I get it though, I like them too ;)
Barbie and Julia are obviously very connected to this Dome, both of them. That's why it shows reactions when something happens to them, but the teens are also connected somehow, seeing as they are The Seizuring Four. I have so many questions I want answered, haha :P
They can't reveal everything in this promo :P Either way, I hope I'm not left with a "WHAT HAPPENS?!" type of situation, because it will be torture waiting for the 2nd season. I hope the cliffhanger gives us an answer (sort of), so that we can ponder it and really think about it, but without us clinging to get it. I hope that made sense.
I wouldn't necessarily say it is doing it to help Barbie escape, but I would say it has something to do with them finally "unlocking" the Mini-Dome in the next episode.
I like what you said about Junior becoming a true believer. Perhaps there is hope that he will still become the full on psycho that he was meant to be.
Oh, well. I just tried finding something that I could use a term for all 4 of them. Besides calling them The Seizuring Four, that is. If they are not all teens, then I'll just stick to the above.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
it shows the black sky but not the pink stars falling, maybe thats how the episode ends

ReplyDeleteIs it Monday yet?
ReplyDeleteI saw the promo three times because there was so much going on.

ReplyDeleteI'm so ready for this.
ReplyDeleteAh yes, the next episode. I hope it's sooner than summer 2014.

ReplyDeleteAngie and Junior are not teens. They are in their early 20s.
ReplyDeleteI'm quite disappointed by "under the dome". The story is intriguing but the characterisation is awfull.
