SECRETS OF THE DOME ARE REVEALED, BARBIE’S LIFE HANGS IN THE BALANCE AND THE MONARCH IS REVEALED, ON THE FIRST SEASON FINALE CLIFFHANGER OF “UNDER THE DOME,” SEPT. 16

“Curtains” – Secrets of the Dome are revealed and Big Jim is determined to put an end to Barbie once and for all. Meanwhile, Junior, Angie, Joe and Norrie discover who the Monarch is after receiving a shocking visit from a familiar face, on the first season finale cliffhanger of UNDER THE DOME, Monday, Sept. 16 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

    I hope not but you may be right. I would love if Carolyn or Barbie was though. I would be cool if someone we haven't really met yet or someone on the fringes ended up being the monarch.

    Where are you getting that Alice comes back? Do you think she is the "shocking visit from a familiar face"? I would not be opposed to Ghost Alice making an appearance.

    That doesn't mean that she is in this episode though. Except for the guest characters, I believe this is the exact same list we have had on all the press releases whether the characters appeared in that episode or not.

    Looks like Linda might finally cotton onto what's really been happening. Since she obviously doesn't end up turning in Joe and Norrie to Big Jim.
    I'm also going to put my money on Junior being the one who does the deed and kills Big Jim.

    Yeah at this point, I'm thinking it's either Julia or someone off our radar. I'd love if Barbie was too, but I think he already has a big storyline so they'll go for someone else...

    I'm pretty sure it's just a vision. Angie and Joe are in the same picture, so why would it say only Norrie and Julia can see her if she was really back? I would love for Alice to return but I don't think it'll happen though.

    I think Alice is dead, but I think her apparation is going to return in some form, probably the same way Joe and Norrie saw her ghost when they first touched the Mini-Dome.
