    There were taken while they were filming the pilot back in march. They're not taken from the promo shoot they did back in june.

    Doubt it. To my knowledge, networks don't do cast promotional photo shoots for a series they haven't even picked up yet. If you look closely, you can see these photos weren't shot on location. They were done in studio with props in front of green screen or a faked backdrop.
