    SO MUCH SYMBOLISM.


    The black roses, the bloodied hands, a sea full of waves,



    Black Roses symbolize change, chaos, death, exploring new possibilities.

    The blood on her hands from the "Thorns" - self explanatory(as in she got blood on her hands caused by her current identity)
    Stormy Sea yet again symbolizes upheaval, lack of balance or order and usually is associated with emotion of fury.


    Its all contrasted by the white dress, which symbolizes purity and innocence. Everything that, arguably, Emily Thorne does NOT embody, but appears as to others.
