I loved this pilot. Malin Ackerman is unbelievably charming and adorable. Very funny show, I hope it receives a full season order. ABC is seriously lacking in the comedy area after they canceled Happy Endings and Apartment 23.
ReplyDeletechecked it out and it was pretty good with a lot of promise. Not sure if it's my cup of tea to make my season watching lineup. I might sample a couple more eps
ReplyDeleteLoved Malin and she was perfect but the rest of the cast fell flat. Plus I prefer the daughter actress in the pilot to the one replacing her in the second episode. I have a feeling the show might take a more childish vibe with a younger daughter.
ReplyDeleteThis is for sure my favorite comedy pilot, there were multiple scenes where I laughed. We will see if it delivers in upcoming weeks.
ReplyDeleteThat was a really great pilot. I laughed at several scenes and I'm really baffled why they didn't pair this up with Modern Family. This show is a way better fit than Super Fun Night.
