BuzzFeed reports that, as of press time, Prepon is only scheduled to appear in one episode to wrap up Alex's storyline, according to a source close to the Netflix show. Filming on Season 2 began in New York in late July and Prepon has yet to return to complete her character's story. This doesn't mean that Alex's end will come late in the season, as the show is not filming in order.

ReplyDeleteI know there are plenty of people disappointed about this but I'm not one of those people. I'm happy that the show is moving on. Her character was always down at the bottom of the list of characters on OitNB that I wanted to see more of.
