Is motherf–king Samuel L. Jackson in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D this week?
Possibly. Avengers wrangler Nick Fury might have a cameo in the closing credits of the second episode of ABC’s new hit series Tuesday night.
Here’s what we know for certain: ABC put a promo up on their Facebook page yesterday suggesting viewers stay tuned through the closing credits of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: “Don’t risk the spoilers, stay to the very end.” HINT.
Then a moment later it quickly flashed the eagle in the S.H.I.E.L.D. logo wearing an eye patch — a’ la Nick Fury. HINT-HINT.

Kidding aside, If SHIELD can get the big name actors from the movie franchises to appear it can't help but raise the ratings even more!
ETA:
Oh my gawd that Nick Fury movie was terrible...
Even if The Hoff does look more like the comic book version of Fury.
Yeah, be careful! Many, many haters around lately! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan too, and I just can't help to think the same.
ReplyDeleteIn fact, it would be ridiculous to think that they won't be using every resource (from cameos with the Big Names, to the most inexpensive one: name dropping or "I was on the phone with Stark/Banner etc he's coming blah blah" ect, suspicious silhouettes, voices etc) to keep this show alive. We know (at least those of us who frequent this site) even the ones with a basic understanding of ratings, that is all about the money: bad ratings/demos kill series, no matter how good they are, no matter how many petitions fans sign. :/
Well at least we can get a movie out of it (You know, Serenity! ;) ).
ReplyDeleteLoving that show as well, my new favorite! Except maybe Game of Thrones... Nah, I think I even like SHIELD better; more light-hearted with a nice cast! Althought it's just from one episode! :p
Anyway, I really don't get the hate... Seems like over 80% of the viewers loved it, thought, so that's a really nice starting point! I mean, if we keep just half of the viewers we got for the Pilot, I think we even beat Once Upon a Time in this season's viewership, despite being against NCSI! So you know what: I'm optimistic! Haters gonna hate, and besides, after a month or two, all those people who keep not liking it will stop hanging with those who does, and we won't have to deal with haters anymore! See: Keeping it optimistic!
I mean, that's the point, right? A bunch of people catch up with a new show: Some love it, some hate it. Those that hate it leaves, those that loves it stays, and that's how you get your fanbase! I believe ours shall be strong in the end!
MY EYES, MY EYES! THEY BURN!!!!!
ReplyDeleteGod willing! LOLOL!
ReplyDeleteNow, seriously, it's very true, if someone doesn't like it, s/he should move on, that should be the case, but not often. Some people instead of just *leave*, likes to stay around to bash characters, actors, plots, opinions, everything under the sun but most of all ships!
Trying to keep up the ratings?
ReplyDelete(I do really like this show, don't want my question to sound like I'm bashing it)
