  1. Bear! I'm feeling that an episode where the 'number' is involved in a dog show would be fantastic! Can you imagine the brilliance of John sashaying round a ring with Bear?!

    ReplyDelete
  2. Tippy the Parrot - Pretty Little Liars. LOL!!!

    ReplyDelete
  3. There are a bunch of shows missing from here though, in particular Paul Anka from Gilmore Girls, Burt Reynolds from Hart of Dixie and at a pinch (and although I'm sure he'd be offended) K-9 from Doctor Who

    ReplyDelete
  4. Santa's Little Helper from The Simpsons, Diefenbaker from Due South (a personal fave), Pancakes from The OC, Salem in Sabrina, Back-Up in Veronica Mars and of course adorable Digby from Pushing Daisies. Nope I'm not obsessed with pets at all :P

    ReplyDelete
  5. Trailer from Warehouse 13 and Shelby from Smallville.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Jerry Champion - Parks & Recreation.

  7. Whoa what a poll! :P

Well, Sammy from Revenge! That pet lived longer than most of the Hampton-ites

The chick and the duck from Friends!
    Comet from Full House.
Lovey Dovey from Big Bang, the bird may have been Sheldon's 'pet' just for an episode, but was fun as hell to see him like that!
Stella from Modern Family, she's Jay's second love!
    Satchmo from White Collar :D
    'Doc' from Grey's Anatomy
All of Brick's pets from 'The Middle'

    ReplyDelete
  8. Clyde :D Best turtle ever! And Vincent from LOST because while watching the show I was always thinking about how his death would be worse than a human character dying.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Gene the Cow - Fringe

    ReplyDelete
  10. Bear first, then Back Up from Veronica Mars..I usually vote for anything from SPN, but just could not do it this time..poor old Rum was just not around long enough. lol

    ReplyDelete
  11. That would be priceless and something I would pay to see. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  12. My last pay check
was $9500 working 12 hours a week online. My sisters friend has been
averaging 15k for months now and she works about 20 hours a week. I can't
believe how easy it was once I tried it out. This is what I do,

    ReplyDelete

    K-9 from Doctor Who
Appa and Momo from Avatar: The Last Airbender

  19. Wasnt Rumsfeld in like 1 episode of SPN, I dont even remeber the dog on the show the only reason I know Bobby had a dog with that name is because of fanfiction. Surely Riot would have been a better choice for SPN as he at least appeared in a few episodes?
What a strange choice for this poll.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Bass the tortoise!!! - Rizzoli and Isles

    ReplyDelete
  21. Of the ones listed, Bear and Ghost. Otherwise Gene from Fringe and Clyde from Elementary. And from way back, the Tribles from the original Star Trek. Although they were more of a pest than pets.

    ReplyDelete
  22. On the List:
    Vincent!
    Ghost
    Bear
    Drogon

    Honorable Mention:
    Terry's Armadillo (True Blood)
    Walter's Cow "Gene" (Fringe)
    Ben Linus' Rabbit (LOST)

    ReplyDelete
  23. 1. Bear
    2. Majique (Grimm)

    ReplyDelete
  24. Vincent and Bear...

    ReplyDelete
  25. Bear on POI without a doubt

But I do also love Clyde the turtle from Elementary

    ReplyDelete
  26. I am partial to the Direwolves. I think they are all awesome. I voted for Grey Wind and Nymeria.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Spike. Don't you all remember that he's Illyria's pet?

I guess I'll vote for Ghost, though. :)

too many options for GOT so I voted for just one because its easier which is Rumsfeld. I assumed he got old or given away (or burnt down with the house) but alongside with Bobby I want him back :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. First...Bear...he's the best (I want one!)
Second...it's hard to choose between the direwolves, I went with Ghost in the end, but any of them are great.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Where in the expletive is Gene the Cow?
Also, I've watched SPN from start to end, I don't recall "Rumsfeld"
Also, maybe the creator of the quiz shoulda limited GoT animals to notable ones.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I think i could count on one hand how many times anything that had to do with Fringe is included in these polls. As unfortunate as it is we always had a small fan base here, compared to some other shows that is.... But yep,it does irk-some!

    ReplyDelete
  32. other: okay, so maybe he wasn't a pet even though the family sometimes seemed to think of him as one. ALF! I'm sorry, this is the first thing I thought of. ;-) I've never seen 'Game of Thrones'.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Agreed. I understand that all polls are subjective, but some of them are way too subjective and a lot of good choices are overlooked.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I think he was only in ONE ep of SPN, when the boys first went to see Bobby's at Bobby's place. Rumfeld was on the hood of the truck...and then got killed(off screen) by a demon, if I recall correctly. Yes, he is a very odd addition to this poll. I believe his screen time consisted of about 20 seconds.
I went for Bear from POI.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Someone's obsessed with Game of Thrones...

    ReplyDelete
  36. hmmm good poll as it was tough to remember which shows had pets prominently figured, but from this list - Bear, and then off the top of my head - Eddie from Frazier got a good bit of screentime and was a hoot of a character by himself

    ReplyDelete
  37. Voted for "Other": Marcel (Friends) and Buck (Married with Children)

But if I were to pick from the list I'll say the direwolves and the dragons are certainly up there. And I do have a special place in my heart for Rumsfeld...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Back-Up!!! Yes! I can't believe I forgot Back-Up!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Satchmo.... another good one!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Excellent choice!

    ReplyDelete
  41. And what a shame for Rumsfeld though.... I wish we did get more of him...

    ReplyDelete
  42. I love me some Burt Reynolds....

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  45. vincent from lost and trailer from warehouse 13.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Rumsfeld was Bobby's dog, which Meg killed in Devil's Trap. We only saw Rumsfeld in one scene, when he was lying on a vehicle by Bobby's house. He was a Rottweiler.

    ReplyDelete
  47. vincent from lost, trailer from warehouse 13 and shelby from smallville.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Dogs

    - Bear from Person of Interest

    - Trailer (Warehouse 13) Such a beautiful and cute dog.

    - Pouch (Chicago Fire) My avatar!

    Cats

    - Salem (Sabrina The Teenage Witch)

    Horses

    - Spartan and Harley (Heartland, Canadian series)

    ReplyDelete
  49. I think he sadly went to doggy Heaven after Meg arrived at Bobby's house. The whimper + broken chain + never seeing him again got me to assume that.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Yeah, Meg killed Rumsfeld in "Devil's Trap". That is his official name, as written on Wikipedia.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Bear from Person of Interest.
    Champion from Parks and Rec.
The Chick and the Duck from Friends.
    :)

    ReplyDelete
  52. Where is Gene? :|

    ReplyDelete
  53. Salem! (Sabrina, the Teenage Witch) A talking cat cracking jokes, what could be a better pet?! :D

    ReplyDelete
  54. Yeah, it might as well have been the "Who is your favourite GoT pet?" poll...

    ReplyDelete
  55. Not obsession, its because it has a lot of pets ool

    ReplyDelete
  56. Guys, they are importat pets too...

    ReplyDelete
  57. I meant more in the way that there are endless options for this question and he chose to give us numerous options for Game of Thrones. The submitter of this poll is obsessed with GoT.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Dude, i MADE this poll xD

    ReplyDelete
  59. I had to brainstorm awhile because generally pets on TV shows don't register much with me. I first thought of Tiger on Brady Bunch, then Gene on Fringe, and Satchmo on White Collar. Other than that the only animals that even came to mind were Mr. Ed, Lassie, and the cat from Sabrina the Teenage Witch, whose name I don't remember.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Nobody's saying they're not.... The argument is they aren't the ONLY pets on TV....

    ReplyDelete
  61. Paul Anka - Gilmore Girls! Who couldn't/wouldn't love a dog more neurotic than Lorelei?!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Bears from PoI, the duck and the chicken from Friends, Gene from Fringe, and Lucky from Alf, just because it's Alf :)

Hopefully there's no pet in Castle, else we would have had only those instead of GoT's

    ReplyDelete
  63. lol ... Scully's (shorttime dog) Queequeg of course .... of course he was eaten alive by DeepBlue

    ReplyDelete
  64. A Working dog among the Show beauties! Bear would love it...! :)

    ReplyDelete
  65. Bear all the way, love him.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Bear, Back Up from veronica Mars and for a classic, Eddie from Frasier!

    ReplyDelete
  67. Why not just make this poll "Favorite Game of Thrones pet or just fave direwolf (since the dragons aren't listed)"? ;)

There are a lot of good tv show pets. A number of people mentioned them already. Here are some that I found memorable, in no particular order:
    - Eddie (Frasier)
    - Comet (Full House)
    - Marcel, the chick and duck (Friends)
    - Gene the cow (Fringe)
    - Annie's Boobs (Community)
    - Bass the tortoise (Rizzoli and Isles)

    - Bear (Person of Interest)
    ...etc.

    ReplyDelete
  68. Nymeria, 'cause she bit Joffrey

    ReplyDelete
  69. what about the chick and the duck from Friends?

    ReplyDelete
  70. Royal from the dog show episode of Castle

    ReplyDelete
  71. Grey Wind, because he lived and died with his master like only the most loyal pets do.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Bear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  73. BEAR!!! All the way!! Best Tv dog since Lassie!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. Voted for "Other": Marcel and Chick and Duck (Friends) and Buck (Married with Children)

But if I were to pick from the list I'll say the direwolves and the dragons are certainly up there.
And I do have a special place in my heart for Rumsfeld, but he was in like one episode, and barely in it to begin with...

    ReplyDelete
  75. Back-Up!!! Yes! I can't believe I forgot Back-Up!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Satchmo.... another good one!

And Sammy yes... I think I still miss him quite a bit...

    ReplyDelete
  77. And what a shame for Rumsfeld though.... I wish we did get more of him...

    ReplyDelete
  78. Excellent choice!

  84. I think he sadly went to doggy Heaven after Meg arrived at Bobby's house in Devil's Trap. The whimper + broken chain + never seeing him again/lack of mention - got me to assume that. Yeah, I hope they're back together.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Yeah, Meg killed Rumsfeld in "Devil's Trap". That is his official name, as written on Wikipedia, which is how I first found out his real name.

  87. Dogs

    - Bear (Person of Interest)
    - Trailer (Warehouse 13)

    - Pouch (Chicago Fire) - My avatar! One of the few female dogs on TV, though they haven't made it clear whether she's male or female on the show - they've referred to her as both (I'm confused).

    - Riot (Supernatural) - He was cute, too bad the storyline with him sucked or else people would probably remember him more. It's worth mentioning Bones too.

    - Pongo (OUAT)
    - The puppy Deacon had (Nashville). Can't remember his name now, but sad he let him go. :(

    Horses

    - Spartan and Harley (Heartland, Canadian series) - Pretty much every horse, but these two are special. (Along with Ghost, but he's a wild horse).

    Cats

    - Salem (Sabrina The Teenage Witch)

    Other

    - Gene (Fringe)
    - Clyde (Elementary)
    - Chester (One Tree Hill) - Jamie's rabbit

    - Every other pet dog, cat, horse, bird, turtle, rabbit, fish, and farm animal I've seen on TV, even for only a minute.
