Janina Gavankar is trading one blood-sucking
drama for another.
The ex- True Blood shape-shifter has booked a potentially recurring gig on Season 5 of The Vampire Diaries , TVLine has learned exclusively.
Gavankar will play Tessa, a beautiful, exotic and self-assured woman who comes to Mystic Falls to rekindle an old flame.
She first appears in the CW series’ third episode, which is also a flashback hour, as executive producer Caroline Dries recently revealed to TVLine.

ReplyDeleteYeah, I saw that, but he's been stone since he was turned, and apparently she's a vampire there to see Silas (making no sense unless he turned her himself).
ReplyDeleteWell, it never said she knows him personally. Maybe she knows of him and wants something from him.

ReplyDeleteTV Guide's info conflicts with TV Line a little. As a result, it muddles this up a bit. You could very well be right.
