Hi folks,

Day 13 is going to be an unlucky number for two shows, whilst for the other two, their competition continues with a place in round two.

Yesterday saw convincing wins for Alias and Angel, seeing that Jack Bauer's 24 and Body of Proof both fell at the first hurdle. For Bauer, with his return in 2014, I sense it's not the last we've seen of the action hero.

Today sees one of the new entrants that is also a competition favourite, Arrow, taking on Charmed for a place in the next round, whilst the deceased CSI: New York takes on the revived Veronica Mars in todays other fascinating battle.

For anyone who missed the rules, here they are again:

1) Two shows will go into battle in a poll, where after exactly 24 hours, the leading show will win the battle and will progress into the next round.
2) Vote for you favourite, spread the word with your friends & fans.
3) Comment on what you voted for on in the comments below.
4) Have fun. This is a friendly & competitive competition.

    1st Poll: I like Arrow but Charmed was one of the first shows that I watched regularly, so it gets my vote.

    Definitely Veronica Mars, it has my vote for the rest of the competition (Unless it's up against Supernatural but even then it'll be a tough choice).
    And I wanted to vote for Charmed, being the first show I was ever a genuine fan of but I had to go with Arrow, it was just such a great first season.

    I have never seen Charmed and I LOVE Arrow, so that is an easy one. I have seen random eps of CSI NY and of Veronica Mars but don't watch any of them enough to vote so I will abstain myself.

    Had to go for Charmed and Veronica Mars. Both of this shows had me going back to them after the end. Arrow is amazing, but I grew up with Charmed, so I had to vote for it.

    Difficult choice here. I really loved Charmed; I liked that they were sisters and more powerful when acting together.

    I also enjoy Arrow but in this case I'm going with nostalgia and voting Charmed.

    I only recently saw Veronica Mars for the first time. I don't know how they could have axed such a quirky show. It's really great. I usually am not fond of teens nor partial to women heroines but Veronica is terrific! She gets my vote.


    CSI is a competent crime show but there are too many of them now for it to stand out.

    I like Arrow, it's been a good first season, but I'll go for nostalgia with Charmed, as it's one of the show I still enjoy after all this time :)
    Second one is easy, Veronica Mars, since CSI is not what it used to be, whatever the town

    Charmed and CSI:NY. CBS should never have ended CSI:NY the way it did, if they wanted to finish a CSI program, why not the first one, its been going on for too long...or they should have done just one more season of CSI:NY.

    Veronica Mars!!! (I would love for it to go really far this time because of all the revived interest due to the movie!)


    Also, Charmed was the first show that I became a fan of... (I think I was 9 years old at the time?) It was irreverent fun most of the time and I loved the dynamic between the sisters. Piper Halliwell is still one of my favorite characters. :)
