McDaniel, who was nominated for two Emmy Awards for his role as Lt. Arthur Fancy on NYPD Blue, will play FBI Agent Ken Phillips, who heads the task force in New York City on the Fox drama. It's likely that his character will team up with Ryan Hardy ( Kevin Bacon ) as a replacement for Agent Deb Parker (Annie Parisse), who was killed in the Season 1 finale.

    Great news! I was just watching him on Orange is the New Black in a bit role, remembering him from one of the best shows ever NYPD Blue.

    Yep. And I forget how good it was at the beginning with David Caruso.



    Then greed set in.


    And EVERYBODY who stepped in over the years was just as good. (I have a man crush on Jimmy Smits!)
