    For me it's one of the most enjoyable summer shows... It's basically non-stop action with pretty good actors and guest stars, storylines that progress fast and great locations all over the world.

    Hope you started watching.
    It's one of my favorit shows and I normally watch more syfy/fantasy.
    Great action, very good plots and cool characters.
    They do not waste time telling the story and still character build up and plot is very continious - oh an of course Action :-). And so far the storylines are quite realistic compared to other Shows (24). Even the guest characaters keep me on my toes - and normally I do not pay them much Attention to them.
    IMO a lot of Hollywood movies look very old and dull compared to Strike Back (generally I have the feeling that cinema quality is loosing and tv is gaining).
    Every season consists of 5 double episodes or should I say 5 movies. I don't remember there to be any filler episode. And sometimes I believe GRRM has some influence, don't get too attached to all the characters.
    It is very refreshing cause there is no other show like this on tv.
