When a heat wave hits the city, Alex is appointed Trauma Team Leader as the hospital is faced with an influx of patients during a blackout. With no back-up power available, Dawn and Charlie must figure out a way to continue their surgery.
All for the drama! Who cares if that would never happen in real life? Oh wait me and probably everyone else! I don't like having to suspend belief for shows but looks like I will have to tonight.
lol ya when i saw the promo, i was like alcoholic or a mess to a EMS? guess he was in the family medicine business but going on the wrong path, improved back to work in a neighboring city, where his hospital is full so he brings em here kinda of situation.
on another note, they need to do more Ghost stuff/ and when is Alex going to find out, when she becomes a spirit during a accident???
I just watched the episode and without spoiling it I will just say they used probably the only thing that would make it possible for the hospital to lose power realistically.
watched it, and its finally time for me to talk about the end part of each episode, where everything has passed and people are going home are home and have that last conversation or moment or whatever. well this is one show where i don't even look forward to that end moment because no continuation not even a little at the end. instead of Alex and bro conversation at end of each episode why not Alex and Charlie like before.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
How does Alex's brother end up working for the EMS?
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering the same thing and how can the hospital not have back up power?
ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing how backup generators never ever work right on hospital shows?

"on another note, they need to do more Ghost stuff"
ReplyDeleteYeah, they've dialed that back a little too much lately.

ReplyDeleteGood to hear. That gives Saving Hope one up on their American medical show counterparts.
ReplyDeleteI admit it, I have never watched an episode of this show. But I must say, Daniel Gillies knows how to wear a suit.

ReplyDeleteThat he does! He is usually in a lab coat/scrubs or regular clothes but he was suited up the whole episode! Makes me miss Elijah!
ReplyDeleteLiked Dawn in this episode. She and Charlie have some chemistry.
