It definitely explained a lot with the Donna/Harvey dynamic, and that shocker with Stephen at the ending has got me dying for the next episode. Another great episode
3 Things: 1) Basically Mike's friend Robbie is just a completely worthless idiot that ruined Mike's chances of getting into Harvard forever. I really wish they would stop bringing this character back. 2) Donna. (Need I say more?) 3) The end with Jessica and Harvey on the roof was :( ... It was nice to finally have Harvey realize that what he's doing was ridiculous. Team Jessica all the way if this storyline continues.
Loved the scene towards the end when Donna and Harvey meet Loius. Bwaahaaaaa
LOIUS to HARVEY: What are you doing here? You're not due back for another 2 years, 3 months and five days...Not that I'm keep track...
DONNA to LOIUS: "Ok listen Rain Man you wear lifts in your shoes, you want braces but you don't have the balls. And you have a cat...that you love more than it loves you." ^ Loius' reaction to that was priceless!
...I think the bit where Harvey went to work with Jessica and the terms that came with Donna being his secretary was my favourite scene. It highlighted how much Donna really means to Harvey... If only she knew.
I can't get people who put Awful 4 episode! What exactly do you want? I was perfect, explained a lot, had a good opportunities, good music. What is wrong with u?!
I loved all the scenes between Harvey and Donna. And the last scene on the roof with Harvey and Jessica was phenomenal ! I can't wait for the next episode
If you're referring to the part where Rachel asks him what changed his mind (from not wanting her to go, to supporting her decision) and he says it was the (presumably old) acceptance letter, here's my guess:
Seeing that old acceptence letter reminded him of his excitement at getting into Harvard (that we see in the flashback) and then his utter disappointment when he found out he couldn't go. And then what he had to resort to instead (selling drugs, cheating, lying etc.)
Then, here is Rachel who in a way went through something similar-being so sure she was going to get into Harvard to finding out she didn't. Now she has a chance to actually go some place for REAL, a chance to become a real lawyer, so how could Mike then go and stop her (or be upset about it)?
I absolutely loved the scene in the diner when Harvey finally admits he has a problem with Stephen and Donna. Harvey's obvious angst and confusion when he asks Donna why she broke her rule for Stephen is touching and leads us to believe that he really wonders why she never broke her rule for him. This episode was gorgeous!
Holly crap... AWESOME episode, I think it was one of my favorites from the entire series so far. Can I just say... Donna! I adore that woman and I madly ship her with Harvey. So they did get together after all... I thought the trailer was somehow misleading but no... Wow, just wow. I love it. Also, that scene with Jessica at the end, crap! It was perfectly done, excellent acting all around! And I don't get Stephen, what is he up to? Things will get very intense next episode
I don't know. I probably pulled it out of thin air. I also probably have just ignored any screentime that character has had ever since season 1...I can't handle it, he's such an idiot.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Anyway, that was my take. We'll see.

ReplyDelete2) Donna!
ReplyDeleteNo, no need to say anything else! Right there with you!
Those were also my two absolute favorite scenes! Amazing ones
ReplyDeleteWell put, I also think that's what went through Harvey's mind!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry, but it's Trevor.

ReplyDeleteAgreed, Trevor sucks.
