Yeah by this time last year we already knew a lot about what happened in the first few episodes. This time all we get to know is titles, one picture of Snow, Regina, and Hook on the ship and a few hints which keep getting repeated.
i get that but i dont think that all 40 or 45 minutes of the episodes are SOOOOO secret that they cant show it and if they showed something there'd be more expectation.
Well they never release the preview clips from the episodes until the days before they air. But we *might* get some peeks on ABC's fall preview special this Sunday.
NOoot exactly. Around this time last year we had no idea on how exactly the premiere will go nor whether if curse-breaking will stick. Its only a week or two before premiere, that we got an actually decent promo.
Its the trademark of Kitsis and Horowitz. They do the same secrecy stuff with all of what they are ever involved with
That's just what they do,did it last year too. They wait as long as possible and they only had a few BTS photos compared to this time last year. They will probably come out with a new and longer promo on Sunday nights preview show..
If this show was still a ratings monster then I could understand keeping information under wraps to cause buzz. However, as the ratings have plummeted they'd be better off showing some amazing new footage to lure viewers back in.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
OK, OUaT people, show me some Ariel footage and then we can talk.
ReplyDeleteOld footage sucks and that creepy CGI Peter Pan is just painful to watch.
Im so tired of these promos with no new footage. I mean they've already taped a couple episodes I dont get whats the problem.
ReplyDeleteAnd still nothing new..
ReplyDeleteIts not a problem, they are trying to keep it under wraps.

ReplyDeleteFinally SOMETHING connected to Peter Pan. Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!

ReplyDeleteWhat what? "ABC's fall preview"? When? (I mean what time)
ReplyDeleteWhat is ABC doing?! The promo for Revenge was awesome, and here OUAT delivers yet another promo with no new footage. Seriously, what is going on?

That CGI Peter Pan apparition looks less scary and intimidating and more like he's at a rave.
ReplyDelete7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
ReplyDeleteNo new footage... and I want a SCANDAL promo !

ReplyDeleteYep,i agree. They aren't anywhere near where they were in season one.
ReplyDeleteThey HAVE to be aware of how bad their CGI is, right?
ReplyDeleteOne would hope they would....
ReplyDeleteThe promo is actually well done, very high-stakes like, but damn, yet no new footage!
ReplyDeleteAgree with both!
