Naveen Andrews has been confirmed as a series regular for Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.

Naveen will play Jafar in the spin-off show which starts airing Thursday, October 10.

    I def think that's what they're going for here with the role. A VERY emotional man, who can be capable of great violence, but also great love and compassion! I also think he and Regina will have parallels being all dark and sultry and possibly having major parental issues...I'm also curious about his character's relationship with Emma Rigby's Red Queen! -I think I already see potential for romance, since Naveen seems to look great next to elite-predigests-looking blondes ;)

    I am most excited by them casting him whereas i couldn't care less about the character Ariel or the actress Joanna Garica Swisher. I don't mean to sound harsh,but way back when that's all i heard or saw,Ariel this,Ariel that...blah,blah,blah.Anyway.... Naveen should be great in this roll,the only thing he didn't display in Lost was magical abilities, tho he pull some good tricks out of his hat when needed..
