Former Nip/Tuck star Roma Maffia , will guest-
star on an upcoming episode of NCIS,
TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
Maffia will play Vera Strickland, an experienced, tough Special Agent who is on the cusp of retirement. And there's a good chance she'll share some history with Gibbs (Mark Harmon ).
"Roma Maffia is a wonderful actress who fits this role perfectly," executive producer Gary Glasberg tells TVGuide.com. "Considered 'one of the boys,' her character goes all the way back to NIS and Mike Franks [guest star Muse Watson]. We couldn't be happier to have Roma for this very fun episode."

Damn, I was hoping I'd get that role!
ReplyDeleteI could certainly see her as a recurring actor on the show. Not necessarily as a "Ziva replacement" (don't need one of those). But it would be nice to see more NCIS Agents other than the "A-Team" of agents within the agency.
ReplyDeleteAwesome. Looks like we may get a Bones setup for a while.. not a bad thing. Will make for some interesting character byplay.
ReplyDeleteHELL YES! She's gonna rock it! I can see myself hoping the character stalls her retirement and becomes full time member.
