    This is so ridiculous. Not that Qualls is going to be on Five-O, but that he is so disliked. I love him. I never miss SPN. I like Garth. I guess it's because I'm a fan and I truly enjoy the show...good and bad. It doesn't phase me. I feel for those who gave it up and didn't stay loyal. Sad.

    I was a Supernatural fan from the moment it aired on Sept.13, 2005. I've spent easily thousands of dollars supporting it and more time and energy promoting it than I can count. Last season it was not unheard for me to spend over 20 hours a week doing Supernatural related work. I have been an excellent fan for SPN.


    It does not make you a bad fan to criticize a show and you certainly do not have to be positive about everything to be a good fan. In fact you can be a fan and thoroughly hate the choices made by the show runner sometimes. While I am most definitely a fan of Supernatural overall, I was not a fan of season 8. In fact, I have never been more disappointed in a TV season ever, although Buffy season 6 comes close. So the best thing I can do for myself to keep being a fan of SPN is to not watch this season or at least not watch it while it airs. Frustrated fans are still usually fans. They are just fans that wish the show would get back on track. They are loyal to the show that Supernatural used to be and they hope it will become again.
