At the Edinburgh TV Festival they showed a clip of the Doctor Who 50th Episode. Below you can see a picture that a member (@simonique) of the audience took. No other signs of a leaked trailer/clip yet but I'll keep looking.

    There is an outline of a 4th person in that photo. See the suit and tie next to John Hurt?

    It looks like it may be 11 and Meta-Crisis 10 "in the flesh", and somewhat spirit versions of Real-10 and John Hurt?

    It certainly looks like 10's suit and his tie. I can see the pinstripes clearly on the ghost. Who else would look like that out of the doctors? There must be two of them :)
