Just from the title, and knowing how Marlowe likes to have double meanings sometimes, I'd say this is also the episode where Kate makes the final decision regarding DC. Just a guess.
I'm not so sure. I think she will be definitly back in the third episode.
From the snippet, I think that this is the episode when they deal with the guy who clame being from the future and that he has information about Castle and Beckett future. I can't wait for this episode because we already know that Castle will believe it and Beckett not. And even if we will probably not know if what the guy said is true or not, I'm sure Marlowe and his team will let some clues.
I agree. I think in this episode she will be back at the 12th, having fully decided in the previous one; from the information we have, in the 3rd she´ll be in NY leading an investigation from the AG and probably in the end she´ll have doubts about going back to DC and will decide in the 4th. At least, that´s how I see it:)
Oh, and definetly this is the episode about the time traveller!
I really hope it isn't that quick of a fix, because then the whole DC job thing sounds like a cheap gimmick to generate drama, like Espo/Ryan fighting in Season 5. They could have milked that for a little longer than just 2 episodes, IMO. I'm not saying Kate won't already have come back, just that Kate might still be waffling over things, but this episode will be like where she firms up her decision that she made the right choice, and decides to let life take her where it will, no longer fighting it, and always hoping that it's with Castle.
I agree with you. But if I well understand the spoilers, it seems that Beckett will lead the investigations in NY in episode 3 but still with the DC job (because Lisa Edelstein was in the precinct set too). And from one picture post on twitter by a member of the crew, it seems that Beckett is definitly back in the fourth episode (Stana was behind the interrogation room). Maybe the DC plot could last longer, but it depends on the reason they will give to Beckett to choose to come back in NY. And some people already don't like the DC plot, so maybe it's a way to keep the audience, you know make some changes without actually make big changes. But I think that Lisa Edelstein's character and the fact that she will work with her ex-coworker and Castle, that we make her think about her new job and probably come back. But we'll see.
cheap gimmick? the whole ending to season 5 was a cheap gimmick. i'm of the opinion that they didn't create the FBI gig to only drop it after 3 or 4 episodes. i wouldn't be a bit surprised if it's around for the duration of the series.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Castle Is Definitely Going To Overreact He Always Believes This Kind Of Stuff.

ReplyDeleteIt Is Just Something I Need To Do. OCD
ReplyDeleteThis is going to spawn another one of Castle's crazy theories, one which Beckett will dismiss as usual.
