    The Rose-10th goodbye & wall scenes in Doomsday for me. :-)

    So it seems impossible to choose between The Wall Scene and The Goodbye on the beach, but there's also the regeneration, which I just can't handle... And it's still too soon for me.

    Before he regenerates, with his eyes wet, he whispers "I don't wan't to go..." like a scared child, all alone... No one deserves to walk that part of the road alone.


    In that part, Tennant's performance was spot-on... I didn't cry, but it made me felt empty inside...

    I was bawling like a baby at the end of Doomsday - most hearbreaking scene in television history. Same was with the regeneration but a bit less, I don't know. Voted for both.

    My poll :) well, I think all options are really sad moments lol but the Regeneration scene and the goodbye and wall scenes from Doomsday are a little more painful :(

    I cried with happiness when he finally regenerated after becoming an emo god for two years after starting out as such a great Doctor.

    All of them!! I'm sobbing just thinking about those scenes now! The End of Time made me cry the most, I was crying from the start because I knew what was going to happen. I remember just being floods of tears for a good few hrs after and sobbing "I don't want you to go either". I haven't been able to watch this episode since. I would also say Doomsday with the wall scene. I'm glad I'm not the only one who cries a lot at these episode. :D
