BAY BRINGS DEAF CULTURE TO MAUI, KANSAS IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF “SWITCHED AT BIRTH” AIRING MONDAY, JULY 29 AT 8:00PM ET/PT
Burbank, CA (July 9, 2013) – Bay plans a Deaf Day at Maui, Kansas, and Daphne runs into Chef Jeff in an all-new episode of “Switched at Birth” titled “As the Shadows Deepen,” airing Monday, July 29 at 8:00PM ET/PT on ABC Family.
When business at Maui, Kansas starts to slow, Bay coordinates a Deaf Day and works with Emmett to organize a special screening of “Deafenstein.” Daphne is shocked at what she discovers when she runs into Chef Jeff (guest star Justin Bruening, “Grey’s Anatomy”), and John brings some business to Regina.
Meanwhile, Toby tries to help Nikki (guest star Cassi Thomson, “Big Love”) cope with a family tragedy from her past.
“Switched at Birth” is executive-produced by Lizzy Weiss (“Blue Crush”), Paul Stupin (“Make It or Break It”), Becky Hartman Edwards (“Parenthood”) and John Ziffren (“Melissa & Joey,” “Make It or Break It”). The series stars Katie Leclerc as Daphne Vasquez; Vanessa Marano (“Gilmore Girls”) as Bay Kennish; Constance Marie (“George Lopez”) as Regina Vasquez; D.W.
