  1. What a sad case. At least there was some justice at the end. I've been catching up on this show and have just finished this episode.

This show really feels like The Closer still, except they're showing Raydor's home life w/ Rusty, in place of Brenda Leigh with Fritz. I'd like to see more of the home lives of the rest of the squad. I was hoping they'd rotate who's home life to show per episode instead of just Raydor all the time, although I'm still interested in her. Raydor being Rusty's foster mom is great. I hope they make that official, maybe even get Raydor to adopt Rusty, once the Stroh case is over. That kid playing Rusty is doing a great job.

I was okay with Amy Sykes upon her introduction in the pilot, and have come to like her more, once she stopped blurting info. to the suspects. The new ADA Emma though, is horrible. I hated this new ADA since her first episode. I prefer ADA Hobbs, or even keeping the ADA's rotating, than this new permanent lady. She's an annoying character, and the actress isn't even as good as Hobbs or the ADA from the pilot.

One thing Major Crimes is doing well is that the cases have oftentimes been interesting enough for me to care, and in some cases, very edge-of-my-seat interested. Overall though, I find myself still entertained by this show, or what I like to call "The Closer, part II" (but with a different "Closer"). The promo for the next episode looks like it'll be a more fun one to watch.
