So, will the last two episodes air together? Or maybe the last episode will have extra time??
ReplyDeleteOMG! Mid-November?!! This is incredible news! And a 2-hour finale?! This is the perfect christmas present!
ReplyDeleteFrom what people are saying on twitter, people who are at the TCA's, Pedowitz said the final two episode 'might' air together. So, from what I gather, it won't be an extra long episode.
ReplyDeleteThis means they are going to burn them off as quickly as possable.
ReplyDeleteIt's been rumored the final 6 episodes would air as 3 2 hour movies.
Yes! 2 hours please and Mid nov sounds good!
ReplyDeleteMan I would like that.... It's kind of shitty for a TV show to do that... but we fans would love 3 kind of "movies" for an EPIC finale of the series... well... I think I'm speaking for myself xD I would love it
ReplyDeleteSounds It will run for 5 weeks from mid November through to mid December when ANTM has finished its cycle most likely in the 9pm Friday slot with a 2 hour finale after TCD has finished up for Christmas?
ReplyDeleteThe problem Is they wouldn't be anything special just regural episodes eather a:Edited together or B:2 back to back episodes on same night.
ReplyDeleteThese bring me bac to 2009 when fox burned off a lot of dollhouse episodes In December In double airings.
If this plan holds once the carrie diaries goes on hituas they burn off Nikita episodes.
If the cw was giving them 5 regural episodes and then a 2 hour finale then that would be cause for excitement. But,that won't happen.
Planning for November is quite the surprise. I figured it might be November if one of the new fall shows tanked badly but not that they were planning it that way. Makes a lot of sense though because their shows usually take a November and December break. Perfect place to plug in original programming.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure why it would matter if they show the 6 episodes on 6 nights or 3. Quite frankly I think the ratings would be better if they did it in 3 nights and as a viewer, I quite like when they double dip for my favorite shows.
ReplyDeleteNOVEMBER!! *happy dance*
ReplyDeleteOh, I love this! *O*
ReplyDeleteby two hours their's a chance that they mean a retrospective and the final episode following it, like the CW always does for their series finales.
ReplyDeleteStill sad that it is ending but here's to 6 kickass episodes !
