I am really wondering on if the new "Audrey" will be a composite of personalities of female characters who were in the barn during the cliffhanger - like on if Lexie has a little bit of Jordan and a little bit of Arla in her current personality. That would certainly be intriguing and awesome take.
I don't think she is gone. More like "part of the whole". She will most likely regain her some of memory but retain the new personality and memories too, the way it happened with Audrey and Lucy before.
Its obvious that each "Audrey" is an entirely different person, but it is also obvious that "past Audreys" seep through in details, so we will most likely have her do something very Audrey-like, followed by something un-Audrey-like in most of situations.
I do agree that this looks way better than expected. I just hope this whole mess is NOT solved in one episode and continues to have consequences - something Haven has been relatively light on.
You know, as of now I'm really glad it was moved to the fall because if it was still a summer show it'd have to be postponed anyway because of Emily's pregnancy.
It has nothing to do with the fact that she is a bartender (I don't know where you got that from), but with her "edgy" look. I am thinking that since all of her personas seemed to dress in a very conventional and even "demure" way, TPTB were trying to show us that she is very very diferente now, more like a party girl. Her took sems kind of trashy to me and ironic remarks saying that I said it because of her occupation are just untrue.
ALl TPTB are showing is that this Audrey's different from our Audrey, nothing more, nothing less. So giving her a longer different color hair and different occupation makes sense.
We do not know enough about Sarah and Lucy to know their clothing preferences, but with Sarah there's nothing conventional in her hairstyle and most of her clothes have been quite stylish considering the time she lived in..
And all we have seen is her having a long hair and knowing how to handle a gun - really can't see anything "trashy" on that. You are exaggerating it to a degree on if she was shown on stripper pole, to the point that this reminds me of the whole ugly mess in OUAT fandom last year with Emilie De Ravin's character.
I am so excited about this new season. Nathan and Audrey are my favorite tv couple, can't wait to see them reunited. It looks like this new character Jennifer will be helping Nathan find Audrey as well as being Duke's new love interest. Nice development, Duke really needs to move on.
It seems like this will finally be his season. I can't wait to know more about his backstory. From the trailer it will be very Nathan/Naudrey heavy. Crossing my fingers!
Thanks! What's odd is that it was removed from the SyFy page as well. Odd.
Looks really cool. I'm extremely curious how they got from the end of last season to Colin Ferguson...and Lexie DeWitt. Looks like the quality improvement of last season may continue.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Whoa! I am so excited for season four and this looks awesome.
ReplyDeleteSo Audrey Parker is gone? Really looking forward to this, wish this was still a summer show
ReplyDeleteOh awesome! I can't wait!!!!

ReplyDeleteIt's like a small part of Eureka has come back to me. I have big hopes for next season.

Oh sorry did not know that working as a bartender now counts as valid situation for sexist slurs :/

ReplyDeleteActually, the momentary trio (Duke/Jennifer/Nathan) are all working together to locate Audrey while they deal with their own issues.
ReplyDeleteThis season is shaping up to the best yet. I don't remember promos being this exciting and interesting for the previous seasons. I'M SO HYPED.
ReplyDeleteAnd damn Lexie!Audrey is SEXY.

ReplyDeleteAnd you are still indulging in clothes policing.

ReplyDeleteAnd she's so cute too! I spot protective Duke on the trailer!
ReplyDeleteYou need to take a chill pill and stop putting words in people's mouth.
ReplyDeleteI took it more as a punk rock bartender, not that they were going for a "trashy" look. Just more hardcore, very different from her other personas.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for more Nathan this season .Yay!!!! it's going to be great .

ReplyDeleteShe is! I can't wait for her scenes with Nathan they will be so hot together!
