    I think the title refers to Calzona. Callie has been trying the entire season to return to what they used to be but that seems nearly impossible now. Arizona's adultery wasn't the worst part, it was all the horrible things she said to Callie with such hatred and cruelty. I don't if it was intended by TPTB but Arizona has become very unlikeable, and by unlikeable i don't mean the kind that you love to hate but rather the kind of unlikeable where you shake your head in disapproval and ask why they are the way they are. Arizona still hasn't forgiven Callie for amputating the leg even though that decision saver her life. It seems like the leg will be a reoccuring issue that will repatedly be shoved aside without ever really being properly resolved - similar to the topic of children for Cristina & Owen.
    (Here I am again, overanalizing three little words...)

    Well it's Shonda.... she brought back JDM for Ghost!Sex so that says nothing to me...
    Plus for all we know James could be bluffing. And he could be back just for the premiere only to be killed off...
