Dominion is described as an epic supernatural action drama set 25 years in the future after a war between an army of angels and mankind has transformed the world. It follows the perilous journey of a rebellious young soldier who discovers he’s the unlikely savior of humanity. i felt like there could be a sequel to that movie when i watched it, but there won't be since many would not like it. i guess someone liked it enough.
ReplyDeleteWhy are they remaking bad movies into worse TV shows? What kind of dumb trend is that?
ReplyDeleteI can only hope that the TV show is better than the movie.
ReplyDeleteSyFy orders pilots like Helix and the next day they do this. *facepalm*
ReplyDeleteI have Legion on DVD only for the non-freaky angels (Michael, Gabriel). Not enough good angel movies around. May check this out but it's on Syfy so I don't have high hopes. Only a few of their shows have been good. I like the idea it follows the kid's story.
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to hold the film against the potential series. I liked the concept of the film but had plenty of disdain for its execution. I'm willing to give this project a clean slate but Dominion has a steep uphill battle if it expects to win people over. I'll be very interested to see who is cast in this.
ReplyDelete"Not enough good angel movies around."
ReplyDeletei used to be like that too, but after supernatural i genuinely find it hard to trust angels lol
Haha yeah. But books have helped me cancel that out.
ReplyDeleteActually I think bad movies have the possibility to make decent shows *cough*Buffy*cough*so I'm not judging until I see it.
