    The protege' must be Zack Hamilton! (I knew I smelled a young Dexter/Jonah Mitchell vibe from the promotional photos!)


    And I love the alliteration with words and names on this show. Hanna, Hamilton, El sapo, Elway, ANtone BRIGGS, ANdrew BRIGGS!!! Sigh, I'm going to miss it SO much!!

    Except that, if this is who I think it is, then he is much younger and not as experienced/as politically motivated, paralleling young Dexter and possibly by extension Jonah Mitvhell.

    Dress Code? Like what, killing women in dresses? :) This synopsis makes me really excited, despite the fact that the season isn't really exciting so far!

    I think you're onto something..Yates likes to keep the victims "shoes" and he parallels Boyd Fowler and the Jordan Chase gang "barrel girl's" season 5 elements...-But I also think Dexter is trying to teach this young killer 'the code' and the idea of "dress" is then about "disguise"...maybe there is also a party/club or something in the episode too??????

    Even though the writers said they will be no loose, ends, I highly doubt it, because of their spin off, but there are still a few on the table as of now...


    Jonah Mitchell
    Lumen Pierce
    Harrison (and maybe a cousin/sibling depending on how this ends)
    Deb (which i think will be unlikely by JC tone at SDCC)
    Hannah Mckay (who seems to be set for the end of the series, which could indicate "lead in")
    Harry Morgan (Prequel)
    Astor and Cody.


    These seem to be the bigger loose ends at the moment, but Zack Hamilton could also in theory be another, unless he gets killed before the end of the series...


    But there are some more minor characters too...
    Arlene Schram
    Ramone Prado
    Elliot (s4/s5) -can't remember his last name, but he never sat with me right.
    Nikki (Vince's daughter)
