I had seen a short clip of this and had a BIG NO for me, but this makes me change my mind and I will give it a shot. I am not into period shows so it will have to hook me with the pilot.
This looks really interesting but I don'y know if I wnna care for Mary, I hate history's Blody Marry and this looks like it will follow a historical line
I didn't plan to watch this show because I'm and Elizabeth I kind of girl, not a Mary Queen of Scots one, but the trailer looks good and they are a long time before the Mary/Elizabeth issues, so I may give it a go. I suspect I will have to put any knowledge I have of the time period aside, because I'm not expecting historical accuracy.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
This looks really good actually! Looking forward to this show and The 100

ReplyDeleteLooks great :)
ReplyDeleteI like period shows as long as they don't play with history too much and twist it just for the sake of drama
ReplyDeleteThis show is about Mary, Queen of Scots, cousin of Elizabeth I. Bloody Mary is Mary I (Tudor), the half sister of Elizabeth I.
ReplyDeleteExactely and didn't they call her Blody Mary due to the massacres she had commit?
ReplyDeleteYou are confusing the two Mary.
