King & Maxwell - Jerry O'Connell to Guest

Thanks to 6Spike for the heads up.

EW has learned exclusively that Jerry O’Connell is set to guest star on an episode of wife Rebecca Romijn’s show King & Maxwell, which premieres June 10 on TNT.

O’Connell, who recently appeared on Munsters reboot Mockingbird Lane, will play a character named Waskiewicz, a low-rent D.C. PI who tends to be a step behind on all his cases. (“I don’t ask questions” is literally on his business card.) The episode is set to air in mid-July.

  1. A PI that doesn't ask questions? I can see why he struggles in his chosen career. I'm giving this show 2 episodes to see if it will be fun summer fare.

  2. I'm giving it three episodes as well, mainly for Jon Tenney. Booking Jerry O'Connell is definitely not a point in this show's favor.

  3. For me it doesn't matter one way or another if Jerry O'Connell is on. I loved him in Sliders and am definitely meh about his other work when I've bothered to see it.
