Well, it's depressing to see a promo after the last episode. Anyway, yeeeeeeeeeeah! Jaime <3 Theon <3 Tyrion <3 Jon, your face :( Arya,Daenerys,Gendry,Tywin,Cersei YEES! This finale will be awesome!
I feel so shocked by the last episode, so sad... after such a brutal killing, the only character I'm still interested in is Arya. What a sad, scary and deadly path for this young girl ! Even Tyrion, usually my favorite character, doesn't succeed to catch my attention in this promo. I only wish there is some hope or revenge for Arya in the season final.
I'd have to agree.. Season 1 was good, but something was missing (in my opinion). I could barely finish season 2, but season 3 is so much more than I expected...
i agree.. but it does it right.. like in the end youre sort of satisfied with their exit.. unlike Walking Dead.. where they completely ruined the show for me..
I can't believe that the season didn't end with yesterday's episode. Seriously, I would have closed the season with that and left everyone "WTF-ing" until Season 4.
I really do not have great issue with D&D's season formula of having the epic climax in Episode 9 of the season and episode 10 as denouement, but I would not mind if they changed it up once in a while. Maybe had the epic climax in Episode 10 once or to begin a season etc... Something to change the rhythm a little and make it slightly less predictable.
The next 2 or 3 seasons (depending on how they work their adaption) have a different flow to them and could be perfect for experimenting with the seasonal rhythm a bit!
Such a pity. I think it would be nice to finish the season with such a game changer. It would leave people very uncertain about the next season's events. It is also a nice touch, balance and all that.
Yes but you also have to factor in what they have to include in a season. They have to spread out the source material to a certain extent. Couple that with the fact the show might catch up with the books and you have some issues to work around.
Which character ruined TWD the show for you? I'm still pissed at what they did with Andrea, even though Laurie Holden is about one of the sweetest people in the entire world.
Ha! XD I'm the exact opposite... I call her Yara because I refuse to think of her as the same character as Asha. Asha was awesome and bad ass in the books. Yara has yet ti impress me.
I'm with you on the character, but I still think of her as her book-given name. The actress showed some signs of the awesome-ness of her book counterpart in the ep where she showed up to tell Theon to get his dumb butt out of Winterfell before someone shanked him.
Yeah, I do not dislike Yara the character or the actresses's performance honestly. I just does not feel like the same character to me.... outside of the obvious same relationship to Theon and Balon etc.
Less swagger Less of a feeling of danger too.. Not bad... just different.
YESS!! me too.. Its funny to me how a lot of people disliked andrea..to be frank if i were in her place i would have done the exact same thing going into woodbury and not leaving.. and the scene a few episodes ago of the reunion of the group and andrea just pissed me off the way they treated her.. they left her for dead in the season 2 finale and yet they still expected some sense of loyalty? to hell with the damn group..
Yes Game of Thrones is not an easy series for "character lovers" since no character is safe. Those moments when certain roles are killed are tough to deal with!
If you love the story, well the story continues no matter who lives or who dies.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Does anyone know where they got the sound from? The clapping sound is really intense.

ReplyDeleteWill there be Joffrey and Margaery's wedding?
ReplyDeleteNoooooo I'm not ready! When's series 4?
ReplyDeleteI don't see how they could top 3.09 (in a bad way, I hated 3.09) GAH this show fucks with my head so much!!
ReplyDeletei don't even know what to expect after 3x09, that was mind blowing seriously

ReplyDeleteSeason 2 was great. Definitely redeeming after the Battle of Blackwater, though.
ReplyDeleteProbably not until season 4. The last 300-ish pages of the 3rd book will probably be mostly season 4.
ReplyDeleteI agree.

ReplyDeleteD&D know the ending of the story. Martin told them, in case they caught up tot he books or he, God forbid, died before finishing the series.
ReplyDeleteI'd imagine it'll start the same time next year. Spring.
ReplyDeleteAsha (I refuse to call her "Yara") was so bad-ass in book 4! I loved they gave her POV chapters!
ReplyDeleteHa! XD

ReplyDeleteOh please no more weddings. I can't take another one :/
ReplyDeleteI think you are safe for the rest of the year/ final episode of the season!
ReplyDeleteThen next year there will be two or three more to deal with. XD
