Syfy...you just made it to the top of my shitlist.
ReplyDeleteRight after The Office airs it final episode? RIGHT AFTER?
ReplyDeleteSo rude.
FINAL SEASON!!!!! SIX EPISODES!!!!!
ReplyDeleteAre you kidding me ?!!!!! :@
Too many feelings right now to be able to properly react. Why is it with the number 6??? Nikita now this??? I just want Myka and Pete to be together by series end if at all that's possible :( not ready to end!!! I need more episodes and more time!
ReplyDeleteWhat? I didn't know WH13 was in danger1 A final season? AND it's only 6 episodes? I guess fans should be happy Syfy is giving the show a little time to wrap up. But still, what is with the 6 episode max final season thing (i.e., Nikita & now WH13)? Is it now the latest new "thing"? Why not at least a 10 episode final order?
ReplyDeleteGlad they'll give them time to wrap up but it feels like this is coming out of nowhere considering SyFy has shows doing worst. And why only 6 episodes? So upsetting.
ReplyDeleteDear Syfy,
ReplyDeleteNot happy with this, but at least they get time to wrap it up right. I can live with six more being it. But you'd better let them make these six, as we know your history. If you screw with them like you screwed with the end of Eureka, I'm never watching a show on your network again.
No No, I hate this decision. This is the best show on Syfy how can they end it. I love this show and I know so many others do too. If they end Warehouse 13 they will regret it forever.
ReplyDeleteAt least it wasn't cancelled like Alphas, people should always appreciate the opportunity for a good wrap up. There are serie that end way too soon (like the previous mentioned Alphas) and series that get to be so much time on the air they kind a become parodies of themselves (Supernatural, IMO). The fifht and sixth season have always been a good point for closure for me, some of my favorite shows ended there (Chuck, Fringe, Lost) and it felt like it was the best timing. So don't be sad, be happy that Warehouse will get a propper wrap up :)
ReplyDeleteWhy are they canceling it?
ReplyDeleteDamn You SyFy,you did it again!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat's with the six episode thing?
ReplyDeleteSomebody needs to start a petition to save Warehouse 13 or we could lose it forever. Syfy shouldn't ever end this show.
ReplyDeleteI hate to see it go and it has always been one of my favorite's but at least they should be able to give us a proper ending instead of how Alpha's ended with a big cllff hanger.
ReplyDeleteI find the trend of giving final seasons heinously small episode orders to be extremely disturbing.
ReplyDeleteWell this just came out of nowhere! I had no clue this show was in danger!!
ReplyDeleteIf it keeps shrinking, all shows would get is a movie or a special as a send off.
ReplyDeleteyup
ReplyDeletei don't understand why though i thought it was doing great?
ReplyDeletejust now? oh boy, that happened a long time ago for me.
ReplyDeleteFirst the came for Eureka, now Warehouse :(
ReplyDeleteThere was a internet campaign to help get another season. Whether or not it has played a role in us getting closure is unknown. But it led to Warehouse 13 actually trending on Twitter 3 weeks in a row. Here's the site: http://www.renewwarehouse13.com/ They are going to cycle back how much they're doing, as we have a resolution. But they're still going to be tweeting and such. Who knows, more support and continuous shove to get more numbers and more social media involvement could get it extended. It has happened.
ReplyDeleteYeah, why bother if they're just trying to get it out of the way?
ReplyDeleteThey make it easier and easier.
ReplyDeleteOnly 6 episodes. seriously. They couldn't have pushed to 10 or 13. So disappointed. Glad they will be able to complete it I just hope that it can be done well enough in just 6 episodes.
ReplyDeletefinal season im pisted,,,,,,Pete and Myka better get together
ReplyDeleteis it just me or do final season orders seem to be getting shorter and shorter with every television season? it used to be higher then 13 then it is 13 then 10 now 6 what's next 3 or 4?
ReplyDeleteYeah, especially in recent terms.
ReplyDeleteI don't like this! Only 6 episodes? Seriously? Wouldn't it have been better then to do season 4 with 13 eps and the same with season 5? Those showrunners ruin their own shows with this stupid treatment.
ReplyDeleteSo final seasons of only 6 episodes is a new trend now??? First, Nikita, and now Warehouse 13. What do quality shows get shitty treatment??!
ReplyDeleteAnother decision that makes SyFy the worst tv network in the world. Every year i think i have seen it all they keep proving me wrong. Wrong decision SyFy.
ReplyDeleteNO!!! you suck Syfy. That leaves only 2 shows i watch on there, 2 shows on a channel that's SUPPOSED to be about my favourite genre, soon they'll have to change their name to the wrestling, ghost shows and random crap channel.
ReplyDeleteand syfy does it again....
ReplyDeleteWow. Ridiculous. Gutted. Hate Syfy ever since what happened to Eureka. I hope they fail with everything they ever good to accomplish for the rest if time.
ReplyDeletehey, at least they get 6 episodes, quality shows used to cut to black after a cliffhanger and never ever getting to the end point. This is progress as far as I'm concerned
ReplyDeleteOh damn... there it goes another show I like =(
ReplyDeleteAt least we'll get an ending...
Meh, another SyFy show I won't miss. And I really don't understand the anger... it's not like it's cancelled suddenly like Alphas. Six episodes should be enough to end all plots.
ReplyDeleteThey've been moving away from sci fi for a while now.
ReplyDeleteSYFY new tagline should be No Show lasts beyond Season 5 instead of Imagine Greater lol
ReplyDeleteWow, all this stuff I didn't know about. Thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteYeah, after getting over the abruptness of it all, I've come to think that 5 seasons is pretty good for a show like this. And I AM grateful we get a resolution.
ReplyDeleteThis show deserve more than a final season with only 6 episodes, 6!!!!!! I want a lot of things on this show I want Myka and Pete together and I want a lot of season and episodes not just 6
ReplyDeleteThis unfortunately doesn't surprise me since reading Jack Kenny's interview last month. New shows are coming up....Defiance...and it looks like W13 has lost favor with new viewers. :( I'm glad that SyFy is at least giving W13 the courtesy to finish the show with 6 episodes next season. As long as we get a quality finish to the main storyline, I will be happy. I think we will with Jack Kenny still in charge.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I'm proud about W13 is that tptb have stayed true to the framework of the show and not gone off course with other things that might possibly bring in new viewers who expect more bizarre stuff. I for one won't watch shows on ANY channel that don't have the intelligence and substance I deserve when I invest my own time to be entertained.
So long Warehouse 13.....another amazing show that truly entertained us all in it's own "special" science fiction way!!
this news made me watch this show and now I am hooked and don't want it to end with such small amount of episodes! I would love a 20 episode final season for this amazing series or at least 13 !!!
