    Not necessarily. Remember when Cyrus was thought to be behind Amanda Tanner's death? Then we were made to believe it was Billy but come to find out it was Cyrus after all .... in he hired Charlie to do it.

    if they saw the footage then that means they saw that Oliva was never even home that night and realize that yes Charlie broke into her house but he wasn't the one that attacked her.

    I think there was never a mole. Remember, Fitz told Cyrus to order a Seal team to free the hostages to which Cyrus objected. Then, at the christening of baby Ella, Fitz ordered Cyrus to call in a Seal team again. I think in order to have Fitz trust him more, Cyrus created a mole just so Fitz could trust him to handle it. Cyrus knew nothing about Wendy and the flash-drive. That could have been coincidental. I put nothing past Cyrus. Will Olivia have to go to work to help Cyrus next? This show blows my mind.

    Hey why would Liv tell the Fitz she slept with Jake? She's single and doesn't owe Fitz explanation regarding what she does with her body. Fitz has a woman and her name is Mellie. He may no longer want her after 20 years of marriage with a whole lotta drama but she is his!
