    I actually really liked the part where Meredith was encouraging Shane to do the surgery right before losing consciousness. One of the stand-out moments for me.

    Actually, Jackson emerging from the fire and April telling him that she wants him were my favorite scenes. I thought their story was the sweetest.

    I actually loved that scene where Cristina and Webber performed surgery in the dark. It always warms my heart to see what a fabulous teacher he really is, and how everyone responds to him and trusts him. Such a cool moment. I also loved the moments where Meredith was coaching Ross through her bleed. It brought tears to my eyes.

    So many fantastic moments. I went with April asking Jackson for a reason not to marry Matthew but just so many other amazing moments. I loved the interaction between Arizona and Alex throughout the episode, as well as Jo and Alex's kiss. Meredith guiding Shane through her surgery was really well written and exicuted.

    I think a lot of people will disagree with me on the matter - although I am not condoning Arizona's cheating, the things she said during her fight with Callie were much deserved, obviously Callie had suffered loss after the plane crash but nothing to the extent Arizona did - I've been wanting it to be brought up for a long time now as throughout the whole compensation stuff I felt Callie was acting as though she had gone through exactly the same that they all had, to the point that I forgot she wasn't actually there. I thought the fight was written perfectly and I'm so glad it happened.

    But. APRIL AND JACKSON!! :)
