Disagree. There's way too much meaningless, temporary death on genre shows like this already. The finale already had one resurrection and one faux death (Bonnie really isn't going anywhere). Hitting the reset button on every single supernatural death over the last four seasons would be beyond ridiculous and an instant retread of old ground. The last thing TVD needs is another excuse to revisit old ideas and old storylines because this show does too much of that already.
The Klaus and Caroline scene. I was happy to see him willing to be patient and allow Tyler back to Mystic Falls. It's a step in the right direction with his character. Good start at getting Caroline to like him more.
Also liked the goodbye scenes with the ghosts, especially with Alaric and Lexi. Poor Damon and Stefan.
I'm sorry, but this was one of the worst episodes to date. I had hopes that the veil would be dropped permanently, which would make for a VERY interesting plot seeing as, in my opinion season four was the worst season and was slightly boring throughout in comparison to one two or three.
I always liked Alaric but never considered myself a huge fan. I was a huge fan of Alaric in the finale. Put every one of his scenes together and that's my favorite. He was definitely the man of the hour.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
No, Julie said in an interview she'll be part of the show as a ghost through Jeremy.
ReplyDeleteElena tells Damon she is in love with him <3
