I knew he was going to hit her for some reason I just knew. I felt sorry for Baily but they all went through the same thing even April, Derek and Cali she will be fine I am very confused and mad why all the jackson and april scenes are so short and simple she is one of the main characters as well ugh!
Shonda and the other writers have always written they characters like that. Grey's has such a large cast, and depending on the storyline the writers are telling not everyone will be front and center.Last season April and Jackson had the big storyline but now with the new interns, Meridith getting pregnant, Arizona's leg,and the selling of the hospital there wasn't much room for them.
Struggling to get invested in anything at the moment. I don't like the forced Jo and Alex relationship. The Dr Bailey plot I've seen in Scrubs and it was done better there. Don't care about this utterly boring and never ending April Jackson thing. The new interns aren't interesting this plot with Ethan is just draaaaaaaaaaaaging.
Wow, the dialogues and story lines are written so poorly, that I'm almost lost for words.. What a piss weak episode, very much symptomatic for the entire season..
Am I the only one who enjoyed the episode? Although at first I despised the Ethan-Owen storyline, I'm kinda enjoying it now, especially when it comes to Cristina. I've always defended her choice of not wanting kids but since she's started to change in the last season... maybe she could be open to that option now... they grow up. The thing with Bailey is kicking my butt, only because I want her so much to be chief of surgery that everything that keeps her from getting there just bugs me. Oh and I hate Jason, completely, I want Alex to punch him (but maybe he won't so we'll see how much he's grown up). I think it was an ok episode, let's hope the finale gets even better.
I totally agree with you, I was a major greys fan but since episode 9x13 I haven't watched a complete Greys Anatomy episode, I end up watching the scenes that interest me on youtube, basically the ones withMerDer
I'm really getting sick with how the others are treating Jackson, especially Callie, he did the right thing and he seems to be doing a good job despite them all working against him. I hope he blows up at them before the end of the season, and they finally start treating him with respect. I wasn't a fan of his until now, but now he's finally growing on me.
LOVED the ending with Mer/Der/Zola - friggin CUTE!
I hope Christina and Owen end up adopting, it would be a perfect compromise, an older child like Ethan will allow Christina to still be a surgeon but also have a family unit. I hope they resolve this soon
Such a good, solid episode. I adore the Ethan/Owen storyline, and obviously even Christina is falling for it, which is great! I hope it works out! The Meredith-Derek scene at the end with Zola was great too. And the ending with Alex an Jo... Holly crap. Alex will loose it with that son of bitch.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Holy shit! Did not expect Jason to punch Jo at all. My jaw literally dropped.
ReplyDeletethere were some points that were funny but it was lack luster overall

ReplyDeleteOn one hand, making Jo's boyfriend abusive seems like a cop out to push Jolex, not even counting the "female needs saving" trope.
ReplyDeleteBut on the other hand, I want Alex to beat the living shit out of that fucking bastard so hard.
Now, the twist would be that Peckwell wasn't the one that hit Jo.
After ferry accidents, shootings and plane crashes; falling down stairs seems so... quaint for Mer.
Y'all could hear what was going on?
ReplyDeleteI think Alex is going to kill him

ReplyDeleteI hope he at least tries!

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this episode, although crazy Bailey freaked me out a little bit.

Son of a bitch! I didn't see that ending coming. Alex's face spoke more than a thousand words. Very good episode!
ReplyDeleteMy thought exactly!

ReplyDeleteAgreed, it really shocked me!
ReplyDeleteYes I agree, it does seem like the only possible solution for them. And it feels very organic IMO!
ReplyDeleteI liked it very much too
ReplyDeleteGo Alex!
