What did I think of it? I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like the scene where Raj is explaining about Cinnamon (his dog)'s daily routine to Howard. Also, I like the scene where Leonard shuts up Sheldon in the middle of the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a similar reaction when it comes to Bill Nye. I loved his show. Raj's treatment of his dog made me cringe a bit. Is there such a thing as a crazy dog man? I did find it hilarious that Penny enjoyed it so much.
Bob Newhart made the show . . . hands down (and I can't say I'm a huge fan of his). Jim was excellent as always. Johnny is looking a bit too old for his character (and has all season). Kaley is some good eye candy (she is stunning), but she is nothing like the joy and fun of her season 1-3 character. The rest of the cast were OK (funny), and Mayim was a 'no show' . . . Hmmmm! I would love to see season 7 go back to the roots of what made the show great . . . encapsulated in the first 3 years. Without the first 3 years, there would be no mainstream success of today. Ratings are crucial, but the show has definitely strayed from it's roots. This is repeated voiced by those who are long-term fans of the show. We watch because we love 'our' show . . . however . . . Please bring back the fun-loving, awkward, and geeky Big Bang Theory that we fell in love with in 2007/2008!!!!! PLEASE!!!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

I've seen Bob Newhart before, not a lot, but I really love his subtle humor. He was just an absolute delight.
ReplyDeleteAlso, FINALLY. I've been waiting for someone to hit Sheldon for a few years now.

ReplyDeleteYou should see if it's possible to find any of his recored stand up routines from back in the day. Some of those are really funny.
ReplyDelete"What do you two talk about?" Man that was a funny episode. Adored the way Bernadette turned the guilt around on Raj. ;-)
