    omg that is what i was just thinking and i think it is! i thought it was jo's boyfriend thinking alex beat him up but he wouldn't want to help him. sarah drew said episode 23! april is a firecracker so if that is jackson i am thinking that's why.

    everybody thinks is peckwell that alex beat up, but maybe jo beat him up and thats why alex wants derek to help him, to prevent jo have problems.

    i thought so to but firstly peckwell doesn't have facial hair. and sarah drew said april is a fire cracker episode 23! but thats is jackson remember the storm he must of got hurt i knew his time was coming the reason why alex wanted so bad to save him they are good friends april is his best friend .. just a theory yo! lol

    In the ABC promo you see what look's like a tree flying through a window and pretty sure it was jackson and stephanie in that shot, so i'm gonna say it's jackson with extensive head injuries from that rogue tree.

    Actually, I think it is Jason Myers (Chest Pecwell) on the bed with the head trauma.. In a spoiler printed in TV Line, Shonda said that Jason may not be responsible for Jo's injuries, even though everyone thinks he is. http://tvline.com/2013/04/19/May-season-finale-spoilers-2013-sweeps-photos-once-upon-a-time/#!16/greysanatomy/
