yeah, i guess they probably would schedule the x factor over two nights, but i reckon it should only be cut to one night... how else would they fit everything in? with 6 comedies, 5 animated comedies and 1 multicam comedy, as well as 3 returning dramas and 4 new dramas, something needs to be done, and i guess cutting back on the number of hours of reality is what i propose.
btw, what does everyone think will be the breakout comedy and drama of this season (like how The Following and The Mindy Project were last year)? My pick would be 'Gang Related' and 'Brooklyn 9-9'
Fox will never put Glee on Fridays. And TXF won't air one night a week. Fox won't put their number 1 comedy against TBBT. Your Monday night guess seem doable.
well what would they put on friday if not glee? bones? they ought to put a well-established drama on friday so that the new dramas get the promotion and audience on the other days of the week... fox ought to shake things up so that they have a great chance of success... but yeah, even though i probably want an established show on friday and x factor to go for only 1 night, i know fox won't do it... which is sad if you ask me. if only sometime in the future shows can be shown on fox from 10pm-11pm like nbc, cbs and abc
I won't even try and guess this on, I can't imagine how they will fit everything. I think cutting down the X Factor hours to 2 is a fair a guess at this point but more than that is hard. Either something will be shipped off to fridays or a new thing will debut there (maybe both?). Anyway, even if all of this happens, I still have a hard time fitting it all in
There´s no way Fox will put Glee on Friday. I think that Bones will be on Friday and If I were Fox I would put Glee on Tuesday at 8:00 pm because I don´t see Fox put Glee against The Voice.
Maybe Fox will put The Following this fall on Monday and a new show or maybe Fox will put a new show after Glee or Fox could put a show after The X Factor on Thursday. Honestly I don´t know. The only thing I expect is Fox to put Glee against The Voice.
If you're looking for a well established show, then Bones would fit that description. Glee would not. I'm thinking probably Almost Human and Sleepy Hollow.
Well apparently you were right, they really are going with two new shows back to back on mondays after a few weeks of Bones in there and they will put a new show after Idol come midseason, but it is not made clear where Glee will go
I don´t understand the schedule of Glee. I mean If Rake is going to replace Glee in midseason Does it mean that Glee won´t have re-runs or is a short season?
That it won't have reruns. My guess is: - 11 episodes in the fall (just one more than this year) - 10 episodes of Rake (ends 13th March) - 11 episodes of Glee (ends 29th May, so it runs slightly into summer, but it is not a big deal and they have done this with other shows in the past)
Presumably, the only night with a repeat would be the 2nd of January, because I doubt they will launch Rake in there and it seems weird to air a random glee episode there as well after christmas break.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
What time in central time?

ReplyDeleteI wanna see 24 on there somewhere! Probably midseason back-to-back with The Following? IF rumors are true...

I hope Fox wiill be canceled Rake soon in order to put the rest of the episodes of Glee.
ReplyDeleteWhy? You will get your 22 episodes regardless. Why do you care how they are scheduled, especially if you already have the next season order locked?
ReplyDeleteBecause I hate big hiatus. I mean I don´t like Rake either but the main reason is because I hate big hiatus.
