I’ve learned that, after marathon negotiations, Kiefer Sutherland has closed a deal for a new installment of 24 on Fox. With him on board, I hear Fox has greenlighted the real-time drama as a limited series and will announce it during its upfront presentation today.

ReplyDeleteWasn't the 8 season's enough what about shows like Firefly? What about these Fox shows that were never given a real chance? I liked 24 but come on already!
ReplyDeleteReally the difference is that in order to do Firefly right, you need a pretty big majority of that ensemble, many of whom are tied down in other projects, including the one cast member you don't have a show without, Nathan Fillion. With 24, you really just need Kiefer Sutherland, and his other show just got cancelled.
