It's nice to have two weeks in a row with new Parks and Rec episodes - hopefully this will become a trend. While Ben and Co. struggled this week to move forward with donations, April took another big step in her professional life, becoming head of Animal Control within the Parks Department. I'm a sucker for scenes where Leslie's proud of her young protegee, and I can't wait to see what her journey is throughout the next few episodes.
Other interesting moments include seeing Chris out of commission (due to "one of [his] running feet" getting stuck in an animal trap), learning that Jerry isn't even qualified for his own job, and of course, Donna lounging in a cloud of smoke, looking like she's straight out of Mad Men.
