Must be another character like Daryl and Merle just off the top of Kirkman's head. Don't remember a Roy Start in the comics. Closest thing to a military type guy was Abraham to the best of my knowledge.
Some of the first news we hear about Season 4 and it turns out to be bad. Why introduce more new characters when we already have a ton at the prison (Carol, Beth, Tyreese, Sasha, Karen, etc) who need the time and space to be developed further? I suppose I wouldn't be quite as pissed if this Roy Stark was merely an expendable one-off cameo, not a SERIES REGULAR role (which sounds pretty major in of itself).
With lots of children/older folks around now, it would be good for Rick's group to have another person with medical knowledge, but I guess it's also possible he'll join up with the Governor.
The introduction of the Woodbury refugees worries me. I don't want new characters (even if I'm sure they won't develop them, thank god), and I don't want background characters living with them.
interesting with all the new folks at the prison to develop and adding this character. I vaguely recall from the comics that there was a doctor from Woodbury, but he was killed by walkers trying to help Rick and Michonne escape after being held prisoner... mmaybe this will be a home run creation from Kirkman like Darryl and Merle
Abraham is one of my FAVES. I knew Mazzara was talking about introducing him but I wonder if maybe this medic guy is some form of him? I hope not, because medics are a different kind of soldier than the type Abe was.
So I wonder since they are introducing a new person with medical experience if Hershel will die now.....makes sense no? Who knows this show is so much different than the comics it's hard to guess lol
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDelete@facebook-100000293828100:disqus Sorry we had a typo. It's actually Stark not Start :)

I hope it won't last.
LOL! 'Stark'. Game of Thrones and TWD? AWESOME! Just kidding, I can't wait for season 4!

ReplyDeleteThe show needs new characters to keep moving forward.
ReplyDeleteThat was Milton.
ReplyDeleteDon't forget Iron Man! Past, present & future. lol
ReplyDeleteIt could be a placebo name that they will change to a recognizable one later, closer to when the season starts up.
