I can't believe Claire is allowing the confrontation in front of Joey. I know it's just a TV series, but adults fighting is still domestic violence, no matter who's doing the fighting. If you fight, you do it out of earshot of kids, otherwise there are all kinds of effects on them. I'd expect better from Claire.
I agree... but as a parent (trying to get what she's going through) and of course considering her tv circumstances, I think she's just so raw with emotion and pain. To have this person you 110% trusted, not with your life but more important your child's, just act like this was no big deal and roll with the punches was is just too much. Plus I think she realizes Joey still trusts Emma and Claire may want to show that's not how she feels or how it should be. She doesn't want her son terrified but she doesn't want him trusting these people either.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
